COCKROACHES

Say Them Goodbye Forever…

Yeah I know, it’s not your favourite insect but read it till the end maybe you will find something useful. Now, if I would have to name the most disgusting insect on Earth it would be a cockroach, I don’t want to sound racist or something but look at the the thing it crosses over even the centipedes.

The roaches are not only disgusting they also give away a sense of fear or more like danger, we feel an innate threat when we spot even a single member of the species; and due to this innate fear adrenaline kicks in and leaves us the only 2 options fight or flight, and most of us choose the option no. 2 because let’s be honest fighting them is not that a good thing as 1. they can fly and 2. when you kill them you will have to dispose them off too…(hmph).

Well, funny thing though—🤭

:- It survived what killed the dinosaurs

:- It’s roaming over this planet for million of  years (since dinosaur period)

:- It can survive under water (there was even a 30 feet long one found on the sea bed recently)

:- It can even survive a freaking Nuclear blast and that’s kind of insane.

And it lives even with his head cut off. But 🤭 but it cannot survive a blow from your footwear 😅. The thing that can survive a Nuclear blast but not the almighty sleeper🤣.

So, we were living in our flat and my mother was really tired of cockroaches, they were like everywhere– in the bathroom, in kitchen and sometimes even in the rooms; it was like we have to live in our house with hit( cockroach repeller and killer) 24 X 7,and  it really gets frustrating with the smell of the repeller and the disgust of the roaches. We tried everything but still they were there and it’s not like we live in the garbage can, in fact my mother kept the use sparkly shine clean. Well we gave up on that and continued with the repellers and other products that come in the market.

Then one day my mother decided that we should stop using the refined oil and start using ‘srso ka tel'(mustard oil) and it was totally because of the health benifits of mustard oil (being used in indian cuisine for hundreds of years and it’s really healthy). So we switched our oils. After some days my mother realised that the no. of roach sitings in the house has decreased, honestly we thought it was due to weather change or maybe the new repeller; and after some more days there was no cockroach in our almost no cockroach in our house. We were really happy.😌

See the thing with mustard oil is that people who aren’t consuming it from a long time find its taste bitter, I mean the food made with it tastes bitter; so, as soon as our 1st packet famished we brought refined oil to our house once again and shortly after a few days roaches returned (and they were small as if they were born in the house), then my mother used her god gifted analytical skills (The same ones she use when she has to find out my mischiefs ). She concluded that either it’s because of the refined oil that we have roaches in our home or it’s because of the mighty powers of the mustard oil that it repels away the roaches from our home.

Since then we are using mustard oil(with time it tastes normal) and we have not a single cockroach in our home. My mother suggested this same thing to our relatives and neighbours to switch oils and the results were same.
So the bottom line is if you are using refined oil switch it to olive or coconut or mustard or soya oil etc and if you are using any other oil other than refined and mustard oil and still you have roaches then maybe it's one more of the special powers of mustard oil and it's a roach repeller.

Other than this there are hundreds of remedies and repellers on the internet if this doesn’t work check them out👍

Thanks for reading 😊😙
